Zain Hassim Bio

#InSession Fitness and Motivation Series – Part 1

Born and bred in Jo’burg, that which we love to call The City of Gold, Zain was out and about in the streets any chance he could get. Enjoying the never ending vibrancy of the streets, Zain’s love for fashion and sport was born. A student of Vorentoe High, a school well-known for their achievements in sport and discipline, translated into Zain falling in love with the sport of boxing. Now, being involved in boxing for over 10 years and has 22 fights under his belt, Zain is looking to crush some new challenges.

Zain recently took his passion for boxing to new heights having recently started training people to help them build their fitness and to develop their self-defence skills. We’ve asked Zain to share his knowledge and to share his mad skills on how to stay in shape with his cardio boxing programme. He is here as your personal trainer within our #InSession series with ellesse. He’ll give you tips on how to stay healthy, strong and in shape all within the comfort of your home, let’s face it, we all need some distraction during these times.

#InSession Fitness and Motivation Series – Part 1

As a Sagittarian and free spirit, Kayleigh loves adventure, and is happy to explore new challenges and to dream big! Since her childhood, Kayleigh had a huge passion for all things sport. The idea of competing not only with others but herself was the driving force behind what she does today. Exercising to challenge her body and mind became a very normal and essential part of her life.  Kayleigh started playing football at the age of 11 and it soon became a universal language to her.

In love with training and all things gym, Kayleigh keeps challenging herself each day and believes in the benefits of exercise and healthy living. With a much focused 7 years of weight training, functional training and conditioning techniques, Kayleigh has a lot to offer those looking to be motivated. Still playing football, Kayleigh is currently a team member of Luso Africa, a team competing in the Sasol women’s league football division.

The idea of competing not only with others but herself was the driving force behind what she does today.

Besides her intense love and passion for sports and fitness Kayleigh has a professional career as an HR business partner. Motivation to do better each day has never been an issue with Kayleigh. She loves working with people and she continues to both aspire and inspire those around her. She is a firm believer of never giving up! Bukhosi Khoza Bio

Bukhosi, is a 26 years old fitness junkie who hails from Rustenburg also known as Rusty Dusty. He’s been in the fitness game for over 6 years which is pretty impressive that he knew to follow his passion at 20! He started he’s fitness journey from the many hours spent on the track and field during his school days as an athlete and rugby player which led to him falling in love with being fit.

Early into his career, and due to getting results for his clients, Bukhosi found himself training some high profile clients and being featured in some of the hottest publications in SA. Bukhosi as a fitpreneur as he is skilled with a range of knowledge in both nutrition and health.

He started he’s fitness journey from the many hours spent on the track and field during his school days as an athlete and rugby player which led to him falling in love with being fit.

He’s ready to help you as your personal trainer with the ellesse #InSession series. He’ll be teaching you how to train, explain what a good nutritional programme is and how to keep your mental health in shape, all, so you can have the ultimate combination ready for summer.
